Achievement, accomplishment, completion, success, attainment, victory and everything that could be associated with those words are reachable by means of one owns’ attention or ability to focus. Concentrate and set your aim at the title you’re dying to reach. It’s not bad to aim high. Just do it and do it with oozing confidence. Running to reach your goals it is definitely not plausible that hindrances would not pop out to interfere with your plans so you have to be firmly built in all cases possible. Never let those challenges be the iceberg of your titanic.
It is considerably true that focusing on studies is the student’s biggest problem especially when stepping on collegiate life. I believe that there are times that learning does not necessarily depend on the amount of time devoted to study. A day can be spent studying a lesson but never should you ignore the fact that you also have to give your beautiful mind a rest. I believe some of you have encountered the moment that you got tired and irritated because of not absorbing what you’re reading in spite of reading it a thousand times already. What went wrong? It is definite that the focus you have set is dwindling. Our degree of concentration surely determines the quality of our work results.
We can practice the art of making our mind perform well without mentally wandering by practicing the following:
1.Do one thing at a time. Having low grades in math? You should devote more time in that particular subject and stop worrying about the memorization in history. When you are finished with it, then it is the time to worry others. In that way you will learn better and faster in a shorter allotted time.
2.Seat in front of the class. This really is an effective tool for you to concentrate in class. This enables you to focus on the professor in front of you without getting destruction from your blabby seatmates.
3.Be aware of your appropriate time. You know yourself better than anyone else. If you’re a morning person you should set your study session at a.m. but if you’re a night owl, you should be studying in the evening not unless you’re too tired.  This would help you concentrate in your studies since it is the peak of your brain power and enthusiasm.
4.Avoid day dreaming.  While you are attending a class, you should think of this as an inexcusable sin.
5.Set aside your problems. Leave all your negative thoughts if you’re studying for it can be the greatest distraction of your studies.

Focusing on the achievements I’m wishing to embrace, I am cautious at all times.  I’m always wearing with me my winning attitude and I never have defined problem as a problem. As a positively/optimistic person, I always look at it as my challenges that have and always have made my armor stronger and almost indestructible. Stick to the plan and never let it ruin it. Remember, you cannot unscramble scrambled eggs so you should be extra careful with what you are about to do.
